Shipping and Returns


Orders will be shipped via ( 4-6 business days ) shipping. Your order tracking information will be available 48 hours after the package ships. Please note, while some orders may take up to 6 business days to arrive, most should arrive sooner.

Important shipping information

At this time we deliver within the contiguous 48 states only. Delivery to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska are not available. Please provide us with a physical street address for shipping, as PO/APO Boxes are not accepted.

International shipping

Items shipping outside the U.S.A. may be subject to import duties, taxes and tariffs. The customer is responsible for payment of import duties and taxes as imposed by customs when the product arrives to the destination country. MovingStraps.com is NOT responsible for any duties, taxes or tariffs resulting from the importation of products into your country.

Tracking your order

Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. If you do not receive an email or phone call from our staff within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at 888-334-4347. MovingStraps.com will ship your order via UPS. You can check the status of standard and expedited shipments on UPS package tracking website. Please allow 4-6 business days for delivery, depending on destination. Orders placed on the weekend are sent on Monday evening. Orders placed on a holiday are sent the next working day.


We want you to be satisfied with your MovingStraps.com order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund of the product price ( less s&h ). So, if for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please contact our Customer Service team for help returning your product.
